IMPORTANT NOTICES

The Burnham System summarizes and outlines your texts to provide you to-the-point, time-saving study notes.
Each course is written in an outline format using the educational objectives as its foundation.
Courses are summarized from 50- to 70-page assignments to about 4- or 5-page assignments.

Most CPCU courses are covered in about 65 pages, INS courses in about 36 pages, and other IIA courses in about 55 pages.

The Burnham System defines and/or explains each assignment's Key Words and Terms in context.
So you can find them easily, they are bolded and underlined and CAPITALIZED too if they're used in an educational objective.
As a bonus they are also given separately at the end of the outlined notes.

Italicized material in [brackets] does not relate to material in the text--but is necessary to

      answer the Educational Objective,
add balance or complete a concept,
more effectively understand the subject, and/or
      present my opinion.

Italicized material requires less attention.  My opinions [in italics] will not be tested on your exam!

As you view the sample assignment of your course, please keep in mind the importance of the format conventions described above.

Do you have what it takes to view your course's sample assignment?

To preserve The Burnham System's original formatting,
the sample assignments are presented  in a portable document format (pdf).
