Decision Making 101 for Employees:

Decision Number One:  Should you take a course this term?

Based on all the information I've been able to gather, on average,
your lifetime average income will increase by over 3% per year per Institute or College course you pass. That's over $2,500 per year per course.
(At one great life insurer, salesmen who had earned the CLU, ChFC, and CFP, earned
$9,982 more per year per exam.)

Conclusion:  take at least one professional level course per term.

Decision Number Two:  Should you use The Burnham System?

Counting only the value of time saved and ignoring the value of improved education,
on average, The Burnham System saves you 64 hours of time,
valued by your employer at over $3,800.

Conclusion:  Use The Burnham System.
Remember, there is no down-side risk if you pay my normal fee
(if your employer has not made special pricing arrangements),
Which brings us to ...

Decision Making 101 for Employers:

Decision Number One:  Should you license The Burnham System?

Based on all the information I've been able to gather, the pay-off per year per
professionally-credentialed employee (CPCU, CLU, MBA, JD, CPA, executive) is almost
$500,000 per year per professional.

(Payoff is determined based on the most recent five-years of insurance industry after-tax earnings in excess of aggregate policy-holders surplus invested at the five-year Treasury rate.)
The Burnham System substantially improves average pass rates by over 30%.
The rough numbers involve investing about $10,000 once
for about a $500,000 annual return for decades.

Conclusion:  License The Burnham System.
Doing so would be among the very best investments you could possibly make
since most candidates drop out after receiving a Non-passing grade.
