About the
author,
Ray Burnham |
Ray combined his love of
teaching with his love of insurance to become, probably, our nation’s
leading insurance educator.
Ray
has earned over thirty insurance designations, passed over 100
professional-level insurance exams, and authored over 100
professional insurance textbooks/course executive summaries.
Ray served nine years as Education Chairman of the Central MA
Chapter of CPCUs and served as President of the MA Society of
Licensed Insurance Advisors.
Ray
worked for a large national company (Travelers, in the 1970s) and founded and operated
an insurance agency (Burnham and Nale Insurance Agency, 1984).
Ray
has been licensed as an all-lines broker and advisor for over 25
years.
To date Ray has earned the CIC,
CRM, CISR, CPCU, AIS,
API, AIC, AIM, ARM, ARM-P, AU, ALCM, AAI, APA, ARP, AIAF, AMIM, AAM,
AIT, ARe, AFSB, ASLI, ARC, ASF, LIA,

Ray and his wife, Kathy (who may have the world's greenest thumb and
who shames the Energizer Bunny with her tireless energy), live
