mentioned Ray Burnham's study materials for insurance
designations like CPCU, ARM, etc.
I mentioned that I had just ordered his new insurance dictionary. Ordered it June 24 and it arrived today, June25th. I have just spent an hour going through Ray's amazing dictionary. It's 900 pages of every definition you could ever need in the world of insurance. It is truly the insurance equivalent to Black's Law Dictionary. There are 20 different definitions for "coinsurance!" If you are serious about the insurance business you will have one of these in your office. Scott
